Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me you agree to the terms of service below

1. General1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal parent/guardian to agree to these terms.
1.2. Commissions are completed in the order they are received. You can track your order on my [Trello].(https://trello.com/b/zFStCbY5/comission-list)
1.3. Please provide clear references (PNG, JPG, PDF, or link to Google Drive).
1.4. I may decline any commission if it doesn’t feel right.
1.5. Major sketch changes: up to 3 times before approval. After approval you can make only small edits. Major changes later may require extra fee.
1.6. Completion time: 1 week - 4 months.
1.7. You may ask about progress, but check Trello first and avoid spamming.
1.8. Finished artwork delivered via Google Drive link.
1.9. If your request is at the end of the queue, pay when it’s your turn.2. Payment2.1. Payments in USD only. Other currencies must match USD equivalent (incl. fees).
2.2. Pay via PayPal, Boosty, Lavatop.
2.3. Payment options: *full upfront or 50% upfront + 50% after sketch.
2.4. If the sketch isn’t paid, I may finish it and put it up for sale.
2.5. Refunds only if commission hasn’t started, or if I cannot complete it.3. Commercial Use3.1. Commercial use = anything for profit (stickers, prints, VTuber, etc.).
3.2. Signature can be removed, but I remain the original author of artwork.
3.3. Artwork may be modified for commercial purposes. AI use strictly prohibited.4. Copyright4.1. As the copyright holder of my artworks, I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media. If you would like your commission to remain private, please inform me in advance.
4.2. Commissions are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. You may use artwork for self-promotion with credit (mention my nickname).
4.4. Do not claim my work as your own.
4.5. My work cannot be used for AI training, AI-generated content, cryptocurrency, or NFTs.
